Challenge A visioning session was held to develop guiding principles for facility development.
Process The team utilized ‘voting dots’ to prioritize principles. A summary of all thoughts was assembled into a vision theme for the campus. Departmental interviews were held to determine current operational constraints and plans for future growth. Forecast volume projections were provided from a client consultant were utilized with interview information to develop a program for the campus development. The architectural team then developed conservative, moderate and aggressive schemes for an on-site renovation as well as a replacement campus in a new location.
Results A complete facility master plan was authored by the architectural team and various client consultants .
