Trinity Mother Frances Hospital

Trinity Mother Frances Health System�s Hospital in Jacksonville, Texas, sits on a 25 acre site. For this project, WHR designed a hospital planned to grow over time in multiple directions. In an effort to provide greater regionally distributed services, Trinity Mother Frances HealthSystem purchased a 25-acre site to develop in Jacksonville, Texas. Phases I& II were completed in Winter 2001. The 49,100 sf Phase I was operated as a Primary Care Facility and contains a ten physician primary care suite, Administrative Suite, Lab, DirectCare, Imaging Suite, and Building Services. The 25,700 sf Phase II added an Operating Room Suite with three OR rooms, Pre-Op, Recovery, Dietary, 10 Bed Medical/Surgical Nursing Unit, as well as required support functions. With the completion of Phase II, the facility became a general hospital independently licensed. Phase III is currently under construction. This phase consists of additions to include a Cardiology Suite with one Cath Lab, Expanded Imaging Department to include a MRI and Women�s Diagnostic Center and a two physician Primary Care Suite. A 15 bed addition to the existing nursing unit is currently under construction.
