WHR was engaged by the Woodlands Corporation to design an initial 38,500 SF facility for a start-up biotechnology company that was in the process of bringing gene therapy products to market. Planned for growth, our master plan for this project allowed for an ultimate development of 100,000 square feet. The facility houses research laboratories, a vivarium, offices, and a pilot plant.
