Memorial Hermann - Hermann Pavilion 2

Hermann Pavilion 2 is part of a larger $650 million expansion and renovation to Memorial Hermann’s Texas Medical Center campus. The highlight of this master plan project is the construction of a new, state-of-the-art patient care building and an additional building that will include parking and infrastructure capabilities to support the new growth.

In addition, seven shelled floors with the potential of adding 264 beds and six operating rooms will be constructed to accommodate future growth.

The expansion will provide the campus with:

• An additional 1.34 million square feet
• 160 new beds and 71 replacement beds
• 24 new operating rooms
• 16 additional emergency room bays
• 750 new parking spaces
• 333-seat café
