Position Summary
The Healthcare Project Manager will represent WHR to a client. He/she will be responsible for managing the client’s expectation and experience and the overall performance of the A/E team on large scale projects. He/she could be involved in business development for the studio.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in architecture
- Must be licensed as an architect and qualified to be licensed in multiple states
- Must have a minimum of 8 years experience in project delivery

Responsibilities
- Provides overall management of A/E team(s), delegating project tasks as required
- Develops and maintains project work plans
- Develops and maintains contractual agreements
- Insures budget and schedule compliance
- Overall responsibility for consultant activities
- Reviews time sheet edits and project invoicing
- Assembles and maintains the project delivery handbook
- Serve as single point of contact with the client, managing the clients expectations and experience
- Chairs client meetings
- Prepares reports indicating project(s) progress
- Responsible for staff performance appraisals
- Mentors junior staff
- Continue education through seminars and participation in professional organization activities
- May participate in business development opportunities for the firm including assisting in responses to RFPs, making project presentations, calling on prospects, networking, writing articles and participating in professional seminars
