Challenge
Memorial Hermann Health System desired to have one of the most advanced oncology treatment centers in the community. This initiative would involve the assessment, selection and integration of the most advanced radiotherapy treatment equipment on the market.

Process
Genesis was contracted to assist with the vendor evaluations, technical evaluations and selection of this clinic's medical equipment. Genesis also provided guidance to the architects and engineers in design considerations of the linear accelerator vault that allowed the selection process to continue concurrent with the finalization of construction plans and preparation of the vault. This approach insured that there would be no delay in construction while and that the space would accommodate either of the two vendor�s equipment. Genesis also managed the final procurement and installation of this facility�s medical equipment.
