WHR is looking for a Senior Medical Planner/Designer who will be responsible for leading a design team in solving client’s design issues. They will make decisions regarding planning & design concepts and will participate in business development opportunities for the firm including assisting in responses to RFPs, making presentations, calling on prospects, networking, writing articles and participating in professional seminars. The ideal candidate should have worked on large ($100 million +) projects, be an experienced manager with strategic orientation, analytical thinking skills, design sensitivity, strong technical knowledge and the ability to effectively coach and mentor team members. Requirements: Bachelors—Architecture; Licensed; minimum 10 years experience--PD & SD; strong interpersonal, presentation and client management skills.
