A small group of doctors came together with a vision to build a new doctors' hospital in Bridgeport, Texas capable of providing a full range of primary care services to the community and surrounding counties.
Genesis was retained to provide medical technology planning services that would match the unique characteristics of this rural hospital.
Careful consideration was required for the final planning and selection of equipment to insure this facility received the absolute best balance of value and clinical capability.
Major components of this project include: a 99,852 SF hospital & 25,332 SF medical office building on a 19 acre site; 30 Medical Surgical patient beds; 4 Intensive Care patient beds; 2 LDRP's / OB patient beds and Full Term Nursery; Laboratory; Pharmacy; Dietary Services & Cafeteria; and Chapel.
Additionally, there are 3 Surgery Suites including 2 General Surgery, 1 Orthopedic Surgery, 1 Cystoscopic Surgery Suite and 1 Endoscopy Procedure Room. The Imaging Services include 2 General Radiology, 1 Ultrasound, 1 Magnetic Resonance Imaging and 1 C.T. Scan Machine.
