Not every architecture firm is named one of the "Best Places to Work in Texas," WHR is one of the few.
I came to the firm just barely out of college and over the course of my years here so far I have received incalculable amounts of unofficial mentoring. It has come through my general project experience, through asking questions that my co-workers are willing to take the time to teach me about and through the multitude of in-house professional development programs that WHR provides.
I have always been encouraged to develop any special interests that I have by taking advantage of the abundant resources, not only within the firm but outside as well, to help me to really zero in on it
